This kind of PU sandwich panel is international brand new roof plate. The top layer of
the plate is made from color tile plate (970type), and in the middle is hard
plastic plate 4cm, 5cm, 7.5cm, 8cm and 10cm thick of polyurethane, and the bottom layer is of imported PVC
flower paper.

This plate has been widely used in South East Asia as well as Taiwan
and Guangdong province. It is a kind of ideal roof material for steel structure
workshops, industrial and mining and civil architectures as well.

This kind of plate made of PU material has the following features compared with
other kind of sandwich plates: heat-proof, sound-proof and keeping warm. PU is
formed with tens of thousands of sealed foams. Only little air is allowed in. The

sound to be kept from is more than 26dB and heat to be kept from is R12.5. It's
also light in weight.

PU plate of 2.0cm thick equals only 1.05% of the reinforced concrete and can
reduce construction costs. With robust design, it's hard to absorb water and
with the special treatment to the both surfaces can produce the effect of being
completely water-proof. It is also flame retardant. We can increase the flame-proof
capability according to the requirement of customers. Flame retardant added
hard PU thermal resisting plate does neither self-ignite, nor help burning.
